Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, discuss project needs, and help customers find the right home improvement products. You will become a product expert, explaining specifications, promotions, financing options, and closing sales.

You will work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more. You will engage customers throughout the store, handle inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding service and support to ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions, and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within the department, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking orders, and following up to ensure project completion.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales, work with vendors and stores to find merchandise and order stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing and documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and requests for assistance.
• Train associates in the department through on-the-job coaching and development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
