Job summary

Lowe’s is looking for a Sales Specialist in Michigan to greet customers, identify their home improvement needs, and guide them to suitable products. You’ll become the store’s product expert, explaining specifications, features, and promotions to close sales while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll rotate through departments based on store needs, engage customers on projects, and help with installations, orders, and pricing. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, managing estimates, installations, orders and follow-ups.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure product availability.
• Support checkout functions and assist with price reviews and documentation.
