You’ll become the product expert, explain features, promotions, and financing options to close sales. The role involves moving throughout the store, answering questions, and supporting department goals. Part-time with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months at Lowe’s.
• 1 year experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or above 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by seeking out customers to understand their needs and explain Lowe’s advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing project estimates and orders.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales, coordinating with vendors and stores to find merchandise.
• Perform price reviews by pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and assist customers across departments.
• Train associates in the department on on-the-floor product knowledge and development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
