Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to interact with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them toward the right products and services. You will be the store’s product expert, explaining specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering exceptional consultative service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling orders and installations.
• Support checkout functions and assist in training associates on the sales floor.
