Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail exposure.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by identifying needs and explaining product benefits.
• Serve as a department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates and orders.
• Highlight external accounts in the Pro department and assist with outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stores/vendors to restock.
• Assist with pricing reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and training of associates.
