Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist in Kentucky to assist customers in-store, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products. You’ll become a product expert, sharing specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Be a point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates and order tracking.
• If in Pro Dept, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for replacement stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout and department requests, and assist customers.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
