Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project goals, and guide them to the right products. You’ll be the face customers meet, provide product information, promotions, and financing options to help close sales in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state; Lowe’s will fund this.

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe’s products and services.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors; provide estimates, schedule installations, track orders, and follow up for project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock.
• Perform price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and department communications.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
