Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to engage customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right Home Improvement solutions. You’ll become a product expert, explain specifications, promotions, and financing, and close sales with strong service.

You’ll work across departments such as Appliances, Flooring, and Tools, contributing to a fast-paced store environment. The role emphasizes proactive customer service, collaboration with vendors, and ongoing learning through on-the-job

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer-facing sales experience or Lowe’s experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
Willingness to obtain sales-related licensure if required by state.

Mansioni

Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
Act as department contact for customers and vendors, prepare estimates, and schedule visits.
Support external accounts in Pro Department and assist with sales services.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/store to reorder stock.
Assist with pricing, promotions, and documentation; support checkout and store operations.
Train colleagues on the sales floor and participate in development activities.
