Job summary

Lowe’s is looking for a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand home improvement needs, and help them find the right products. You will become a product expert, explain features and financing options, and close sales while delivering strong customer service across diverse departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within the department.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise and replace stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout and store communications.
