You will become the product expert, explain features and financing options, and help close sales while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience or similar
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to meet sales goals and assist customers effectively
• Comfort with basic arithmetic and product knowledge
• willingness to learn Lowe’s systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand project needs to recommend Lowe’s products
• Provide accurate price estimates and provide install or service options
• Assist in department operations and maintain organized displays
• Support checkout and customer inquiries across departments
• Train fellow associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
