Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or 6 months in Lowe’s retail.
• 1 year in sales or customer service with sales goals.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• May need sales-related licensure; Lowe’s supports this.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and demonstrating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors; prepare estimates and schedule installations.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout and store communications as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
