Job summary

Friedman’s Home Improvement in Santa Rosa, CA, is hiring a full-time associate to deliver the human side of home improvement. The role requires customer service skills, product knowledge and the ability to move up to 50 pounds as needed and assist customers in-store or by phone.

• Serve customers in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Upgrade product knowledge for store and products.
• Guide customers to the right department and assist with finding products.
• Process inquiries, quotes and orders using store systems.
