The role requires strong communication and basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn company systems.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Experience identifying customer needs and handling situations.
• Strong tech knowledge; ability to learn new systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Answers customer questions concerning location, price, and merchandise.
• Service all customers in person or via phone inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Upgrade product knowledge within store and across locations.
• Assist customers by guiding to departments and locating products.
• Operate computer systems to complete inquiries, quotes and orders.
