Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time role in the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met while supporting store operations.

You may work across departments, load merchandise when needed, and participate in brief training to enhance customer interactions. This role emphasizes friendly service and efficient problem solving.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by stocking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
