Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience at our Georgia locations.

You will assist across departments, stock shelves, and process orders to meet customer needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answering questions, guiding purchases, and maintaining merchandise presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
