Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You’ll listen, respond to questions, and ensure customer needs are met while supporting multiple store areas as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, assisting at checkout, and collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• 6 months of computer use including inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months of using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to ensure top customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
