Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

The role offers flexibility and opportunities to grow within the store. You will spend time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, with daily tasks varying by department.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and common retail technology.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Part-time availability.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
