Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store. Roles include stocking, answering questions, processing deliveries, and cross-training across departments. The position may be part-time with flexible schedules.

Applicants with basic computer and retail tech experience, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are preferred. Bilingual skills and department-certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted.
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Certification in department trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tint, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
