Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store. You’ll participate in stocking, processing orders, and assisting across departments as needed to meet customer needs.

Flexibility for part-time schedules and growth opportunities are highlighted, with emphasis on teamwork and delivering outstanding service at Lowe’s locations.

Qualificações

• Six months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• Six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic; ability to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted (or more with help/assistance).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
