Lowe's is looking for a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met.

You will work in various departments based on hiring needs and your strengths, with daily tasks that may include stocking, assisting with purchases, and delivering friendly service, all while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/trim pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
