Sears is hiring Sales Reps for Home Improvement exterior and interior products. This is full-time, 100% commission with benefits, where reps typically earn $45K-$80K and top performers over $90K annually. Reps visit a local sales office weekly while other days are appointment-based from home.

Travel within a 2-hour radius of home zip and work from set appointments provided by our National Sales center. Great benefits and paid training accompany a path for career advancement. No experience?

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel locally in the market area using a personal vehicle.
• Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Able to work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills, customer-focused.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Travel within local market area to appointments using own vehicle.
• Present and promote home improvement products to customers.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide excellent service.
• Schedule management and appointment follow-up with customers.
• Collaborate with sales center for pre-set leads and appointments.
• Communicate clearly with customers about products and terms.
• Meet performance standards and targets for sales activity.
• Adhere to company policies and safety requirements.
