Job summary

Sears is seeking hardworking Sales Reps to sell Home Improvement Exterior and Interior products on a full-time basis. This is 100% commission with benefits, and reps earn between $45K-$80K, with top performers over $90K annually, depending on appointments and performance.

Most reps work from home, visiting local customers with pre-confirmed leads; territories extend up to 2 hours from your home zip code, and a company sales office visit is required once per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Computer proficiency for scheduling and communications.
• Must work a 5-day week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Schedule and attend pre-set customer appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Maintain professional appearance and knowledge of products.
