Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time, 100% commission role offers pre-confirmed appointments and a path to top earnings.

You will travel locally, visit customers, and close home improvement projects with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid training. Laptop provided, may work on a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Extensive local market area travel with a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Computer proficiency.
• Able to work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments within your local market.
• Visit customers and provide home improvement estimates.
• Utilize pre-confirmed appointments from the National Sales Center.
• Maintain customer relationships and close sales.
• Use provided laptop and design software.
