Job summary

Sears in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Project Sales Consultants for the in-home outside sales team. This full-time, 100% commission role offers pre-confirmed appointments, benefits, and leads from a national center. You’ll travel locally, close deals on home improvement projects, and earn through commissions with solid earning potential.

Great training, no door-to-door, and a path for career progression. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work Saturdays; vehicle and license required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts with customers.

Responsibilities

• Travel within local market area using a personal vehicle to attend appointments.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and required auto insurance.
• Lift sample cases of home improvement products up to 40 lbs.
• Be computer proficient and use provided tools for scheduling and design.
• Work five days a week including Saturdays with flexibility for peak times.
• Communicate professionally to close deals and build relationships.
