Sears in Denver, CO is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join our In-Home Outside Sales team. The role is full-time with 100% commission and benefits; reps typically earn between $45K–$80K and top performers up to $90K+ annually.

Consultants visit local appointments from our National Sales center; territories are within about 2 hours of your home ZIP. We provide pre-confirmed appointments, a laptop with design software, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• This position requires the ability to lift sample cases of selected home improvement products (up to 40 lbs).
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Candidate must have excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within local market area to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Close sales and convert leads into orders.
• Present home improvement product estimates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with National Sales center for pre-set appointments.
