Job summary

Sears is hiring Project Sales Consultants for the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits and pre-confirmed appointments from our National Sales center. Reps work from home, travel locally, and some days visit the local sales office.

No door-to-door selling; customers request estimates on home improvement products. Responsibilities include traveling to appointments, handling inquiries, and closing sales with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Extensive local market travel with a personal vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments in the local market within your home zip code area.
• Coordinate with customers for pre-set, pre-qualified appointments.
• Present home improvement product estimates and close sales
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers.
• Meet weekly sales targets and document activities.
• Support training and development programs as needed.
