Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or 6 months Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe's retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Assist in outside sales or services if in the Pro Department; monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors and stores.
• Support checkout functions and train associates on the sales floor.
