Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certifications through Floor & Decor may be required.
• In some states, certification to use heavy equipment requires drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by asking about projects and recommending products.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and process at checkout using POS.
• Keep assigned areas clean, stocked, and safe to browse.
• Collaborate with management and team to reach sales goals.
• Follow cash, check, and credit card procedures and handle refunds/exchanges.
