Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend our products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and assist customers with purchases.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and keep them clean, shoppable and safe.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
