Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products to complete their projects. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with base pay starting at $15 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

In this role you will process transactions, stock merchandise, maintain safe and clean floors, and assist customers on the sales floor. Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with projects and product selections.
• Keep assigned areas clean, stocked, and shoppable.
• Process checkout transactions using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs; stock and display items.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Answer phones according to guidelines; assist in other areas as needed.
