Job summary

Lowe’s in Vermont is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, identify project needs, and help turn ideas into home improvement results. You will become a product expert, discussing features, promotions, and financing options to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role spans multiple departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more) with emphasis on proactive customer engagement and accurate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s experience or related.
• Ability to meet sales goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Act as point of contact for customers and vendors in department to manage orders and installations.
• Support checkout functions and assist other teams as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
