Job summary

Lowe's in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout the shopping experience.

You will rotate through departments, stock shelves, assist customers, and support store operations. This role offers part-time hours, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut/bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
