Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and literacy tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift and move items up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing items.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
