Job summary

Lowe’s in Lancaster seeks a Customer Service Associate to warmly greet customers, help them find the right home improvement products, and resolve questions during the shopping experience. You will work across departments to keep shelves organized and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

This part-time position includes benefits and flexible scheduling, with training to grow in customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise as needed.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
