Job summary

The role supports multiple departments and requires strong communication, basic math, and comfortable interaction with technology at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
