Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Utah to welcome customers and help them find home improvement solutions. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is presented and stocked to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred) and familiarity with trade certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock and organize shelves to ensure products are easy to find
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
