Qualifications

• Must have 6 months experience using a computer.
• Must have 6 months experience with common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual abilities and trade-certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in departments per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
