Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with finding products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will interact with customers throughout the day, handle merchandise, and support multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned
