Job summary

You will guide customers through options, ensure they feel heard, and deliver top-tier service while growing your sales and account-management skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guiding residential customers through home improvement sales solutions with clarity and compassion, ensuring they feel secure and confident in their choices.
• Addressing questions and concerns with patience and expertise, transforming worries into reassurance.
• Developing tailored recommendations based on customer needs, lifestyle, and property specifics through a sales consultation.
• Following up proactively with customers to check on service satisfaction and offer additional support when needed.
• Collaborating closely with field technicians, service teams, and fellow Customer Success Representatives to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Keeping detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and service plans.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals through genuine, needs-based selling.
• Actively participating in training and coaching sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
