Lowe's in McKinney, TX is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find the right home improvement products. This role emphasizes attentive service, clear communication, and a readiness to assist in a busy retail setting.

You will listen to customers, answer questions, process orders, and keep shelves stocked while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Part-time schedules offered with benefits access.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
