Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint paint, cut items) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and assist at the register.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
