Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Livingston, TX. You will warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments.

You will handle merchandise, process orders, and assist with stocking while expanding skills through cross-training and benefit programs. Strong communication and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input/output.
• 6 months experience using retail tech like smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred).
• Retail or customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive goods on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
