You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met while maintaining store standards and assisting with merchandise selection.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting and retrieving information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying and filling empty shelf areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
