Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organization of shelves to ensure availability
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
