Qualifications

• 6 months experience operating a computer or tablet-based systems.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, plumbing cuts).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
