Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Missouri. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Roles include shelving, stocking, and processing orders while supporting multiple departments to meet customer needs.

Competenze

• 6 Months Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
