Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement needs. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Roles span multiple departments based on hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
