Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Carlisle, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and assist with home improvement questions.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, support store departments, and ensure merchandise is easy to locate and properly stocked.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and monitor stock levels.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup or receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department-specific items (e.g., paint mixing, pipe cutting, wood cutting).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
