Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products across departments. You will contribute to a friendly store environment and ensure merchandise is available and accurately processed for customer needs.

You will engage with customers, operate store systems, and may rotate through departments based on store demand. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn new trade

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones / tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in the department to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
