Lowe’s is looking for a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You may work in various departments and will occasionally assist with loading merchandise and fulfilling orders. Strong communication and multitasking will help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and readiness to adapt to department needs while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
